Civil Site Supervisor

Position Summary

The Site Supervisor – Civil is responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities at the site to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. This role coordinates with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Management & Execution

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities (excavation, PCC/RCC works, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, finishing, etc.).
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain required quality standards.
• Raise non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, materials used, and inspection reports.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all site operations follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.
• Report safety violations, incidents, or near misses promptly.

4. Resource Management

• Monitor labor, equipment, and material requirements for daily activities.
• Coordinate the timely availability of materials and machinery with the procurement and equipment teams.
• Prevent material wastage and ensure efficient resource utilization.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients regarding project progress.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Highlight delays, risks, and site issues timely and propose feasible solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
