Site Supervisor (Civil, Landscape & Interior) – Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will manage daily on-site operations for civil, landscape, and interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring quality execution, enforcing safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Civil Works
- Supervise civil construction activities including blockwork, plastering, flooring, concreting, and structural tasks.
- Ensure all civil works follow approved drawings, standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship quality, and site progress.
Landscape Works
- Oversee softscape and hardscape activities, including planting, irrigation, natural grass, paving, pergolas, and water features.
- Verify plant quality, layout, and installation according to design plans.
- Coordinate landscape materials delivery (plants, sand, gravel, paving, lighting, etc.).
- Ensure correct installation of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting.
Interior Fit-Out Works
- Supervise interior works such as partitions, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination.
- Ensure finishes meet design approval and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers for layout changes, site modifications, and material selections.
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Enforce HSE standards and conduct daily safety checks and toolbox talks.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and submit updates to management.
- Conduct inspections with consultants and clients for approvals.
- Manage site housekeeping, logistics, and equipment use.
- Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
- Monitor schedules and inform management of delays or challenges.
- Verify measurements and assist in preparing BOQs and material requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in civil, landscape, or interior site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical details.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
