Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, masons, bar benders, and labor teams
• Monitor material usage, quality, and wastage control
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books
• Ensure quality control for RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing works
• Check levels, alignment, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines at the construction site
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution
• Identify site issues and report to the Project Engineer/Manager

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 1–3 years of site supervision experience
• Exposure to residential & commercial building projects
• Good understanding of RCC, brickwork, plaster, tiling, and finishing
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / site documentation
• Local candidates from Vidisha / nearby locations preferred
