Job summary

Seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience in the residential real estate sector to manage and oversee site operations in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the residential sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant project management software.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in B.Tech/B.E.
• Specialization in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD
