Civil Storekeeper

We are seeking a dependable Civil Storekeeper to manage receipt, issuance, and storage of civil construction materials. The role is critical in supporting the site team with timely and accurate inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect civil-related materials on delivery.
• Maintain proper storage and stacking of items to avoid damage.
• Issue materials based on site requisitions and approvals.
• Update stock register, bin cards, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams on deliveries and shortages.
• Prepare GRNs and support internal audits and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in stores/inventory management.
• 2-4 years of experience as storekeeper in civil contracting firms.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and consumables.
• Computer literacy in Excel and inventory software preferred.
