Civil Structural Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Structural Engineers to join our team, working on projects for Australian clients. This role involves structural design, analysis, preparation of calculations and drawings, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structural design and analysis for residential and small commercial projects
• Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Develop structural drawings and detailing using engineering software
• Review drawings and models for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Support senior engineers in reviewing and improving project deliverables
• Coordinate with architects and engineering team members
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Communicate professionally via email with team members and international clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in structural design and engineering
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken English (especially email communication)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
