Hiring: Civil Supervisor – Maintenance

We are hiring a Civil Supervisor (MALE) with 2–4 years of experience in maintenance and renovation for our Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise maintenance and renovation works across villas, apartments
• Review drawings and material specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Handle material and manpower planning, including quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Oversee bathroom and house renovations, including tiling, waterproofing, ceiling, flooring, and wall finishes, ensuring high quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and client quotations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Supervisor
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of civil finishes and maintenance materials
• Confident in client communication and site coordination
• UAE Driving License is preferred and an added advantage.

Language:

• English, Urdu, Hindi (Required)
