CIVIL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the quality execution of civil works at project sites in compliance with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily civil works on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth progress of construction activities.
• Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
