Civil Supervisor

One of the reputed General Contracting companies in UAE is looking for a Civil Supervisor. The candidate must have relevant experience in similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites.
• Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities, manage resources (tools, materials, labor), and maintain site organization.
• Quality Control: Inspect work, ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety policies, conduct safety briefings, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.
• Order and manage materials required for finishing work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in finishing works on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
