Civil Supervisor

Role : Civil Supervisor

Location : Ernakulam, Kottayam, Alappuzha

Requirements : Civil / Electrical knowledge, Communication skill, willingness to travel

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Civil or Electrical

Experience : 0-1 year experience (Freshers can apply for Trainee Position)

Main Responsibilities :

• Understand the civil & electrical plans provided by customer and implement the same at field.
• Monitor/manage field expenses request within allocated budget.
• He will be responsible for field execution cost management, ensure the work completion ASAP within the given budget
• Motivates team for continuous improvement and achievement of maximum performance
• Maintain understanding of our specifications, standard practices, and safety
• Conduct a weekly audit for each team of their safety, construction, and quality practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
