Job Summary:

As a Construction Site Supervisor at Riseco Infra Pvt. Ltd., you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of workers and subcontractors, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise all aspects of construction activities on site, including work progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications and plans.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues or hazards promptly.
• Schedule Management: Monitor project schedules and timelines. Coordinate with project managers to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications. Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and that inventory is managed effectively.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates on project progress and any issues that arise.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any changes or issues that occur. Prepare and submit reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI, 12th Pass with any hands on course in civil industry or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in the construction industry.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and lift/move materials as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
