Civil Supervisor

1 . Monitor daily civil construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

2. Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.

3. Prepare daily work schedules and allocate tasks to the team

4.Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on time to avoid delays.

5.Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and QA/QC requirements.

6.Enforce safety rules and ensure workers follow HSE guidelines.

7. Maintain daily site reports, manpower reports, material usage logs, and progress records.

8. Train and guide workers and ensure productivity and discipline on site.
