Site Manager

Primary focus: Daily activities and operations on the physical construction site.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating all on-site labor, machinery, and materials.
• Ensuring safety compliance and quality control on site.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and subcontractors on site matters.
• Monitoring construction work against plans and specifications.
• Managing the logistical setup of the site, such as temporary offices and facilities.

Acts as the primary on-the-ground authority. On large projects, they report to a project manager.
