Finishing Carpenter Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Finishing Carpenter Supervisor with immediate visa transfer and NOC.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years GCC experience in carpentry, joinery, or fit-out
• Experience supervising carpentry teams
• Strong knowledge of finishing standards and technical drawings
• Immediate joining preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the finishing carpentry team on interior fit-out projects.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Review technical drawings, provide guidance, and resolve on-site issues.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with design specifications.
• Train carpenters on proper finishing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure all finishes—including sanding, staining, polishing, and varnishing—meet high aesthetic and professional standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement for smooth material flow.
• Report site progress, challenges, and material requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization at all workstations.
