Carpentry Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise carpenters and helpers on-site or in the workshop.
• Assign daily carpentry tasks (formwork, framing, finishing, etc.).
• Ensure work follows drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and site rules.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Site/Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong carpentry experience (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to read drawings and set out work.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
