Operation Supervisor - Constrution Manpower

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily manpower operations for our construction clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising manpower deployment to ensure smooth site operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manpower requirements for various construction sites.
• Schedule, assign, and supervise workers to ensure efficient utilization.
• Liaise with clients to understand job requirements and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare duty rosters, attendance reports, and deployment schedules.
• Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline and safety compliance.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other logistics for manpower.
• Ensure all workers have valid documents, gate passes, and PPE before deployment.
• Handle emergency and last-minute manpower requests professionally.
• Report daily operations to management and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Operation Supervisor in the construction or manpower supply industry.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction site procedures and manpower coordination.
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, email communication).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
