Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

Carry our regular inspection of sites/ locations under the scope

Identify issues proactively and carry out necessary maintenance.

Coordinate with FM Helpdesk for receipt and closure of maintenance complaints and service requests

Ensure the repair works are completed on time.

Attend to breakdowns and emergencies at site

Receive preventive maintenance work orders from the Maintenance Planner

Arrange work permits

Coordinate with stakeholders/ tenants for access and work timing

Schedule work with contractors or in-house technicians.

Ensure the work is done to satisfaction

Receive service reports for reactive and preventive maintenance

Share all maintenance reports with Maintenance Planner for central record keeping

Track all asset replacements and ensure new assets are tagged with barcodes

Share all new and replacement assets details with the Maintenance Planner for uploading to the CAFM system

Oversee cleaning and other soft services.

Maintain tools, materials and equipment inventory.

Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.

Manage technicians and other workforce

Provide regular updates and reports to the Facility Manager

Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

2-3 years’ experience in similar role with an FM Service Provider

Should be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written

Accepts to work after working hours, weekends and public holidays in emergencies.

Well-groomed and presentable

Physically fit

Qatar Driving License
