Sr. Facility Engineer-Mechanical-Arabic Speaker

• This is a purely maintenance focused role and requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management preferably in healthcare industry.
• To supervise and control the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards.
• The equipment includes, but not limited to cooling towers, condensers & chilled water pumps, Tertiary pumps, ozone generators, air compressors, fire pumps, water treatment systems, Sanitary fixtures, vacuum pumps, wet and dry sprinkler systems, pipework related to water and irrigation systems and associated equipment like motorized valves, etc.
• Strong knowledge of all rotating equipment’s (Pumps & compressors)
• The implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance activities for all the mechanical equipment’s (Pumps, compressors, engines, gear reducers & valves)
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.
• Schedule and obtain project material and manpower
• Creating Root cause analysis for the equipment breakdown cases.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of Mechanical maintenance & an Engineering degree from a reputed university.
• The candidate should be available in Doha for face to face interview, for a local transfer, NOC is a must
