Civil Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out Projects

Job Overview:

We are hiring a hands-on Civil Supervisor with proven experience in interior fit-out execution. This is a site-intensive role; candidates with only paperwork or partial supervision experience need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and civil activities
• Manage foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams for timely execution
• Plan daily activities, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and enforce quality and safety standards
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and drive corrective actions promptly
• Coordinate materials, approvals, and deliveries to prevent delays
• Maintain site reports, progress updates, and records
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals and coordination
• Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years hands-on interior fit-out or civil supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, safety, and site protocols
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and schedules
• Proven leadership, decisive problem-solving, and clear communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Civil Supervisor in Interior fitout: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam (Required) (Required)
