Civil Supervisor

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including concrete works, rebar fixing, and formwork.
• Ensure all activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure proper workflow.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure productivity and efficient resource usage.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and communicate work status to the site team.
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE procedures and PTW systems on site.
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain site housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general civil construction works.
• Strong experience in Concrete works, Reinforcement steel, Formwork.
• Experience in marine projects within oil & gas is highly preferred.
• Certificates of ePTW or cPTW (Qatar Energy approved), H2S Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
