Civil Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our construction team for building works in Mesaieed. If you have strong site supervision experience and meet the requirements below, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site
• Manage labor workforce and subcontractors efficiently
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor site safety and enforce HSE regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project team
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain quality standards in all construction activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction/building works
• Must hold a valid E-CPW Card/Certificate (Mesaieed)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of construction processes and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Contract Details

• Short-term role (minimum 3 months)
• Immediate joining preferred
