Civil Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, client coordination, project estimation, and helping us grow our business by bringing in new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil and contracting activities on sites
• Visit clients regularly and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and bring new projects
• Prepare site inspections, material requirements, and work schedules
• Estimate project costs and prepare BOQ for civil works
• Support management in preparing quotations and giving competitive pricing
• Monitor work quality, safety, and progress as per company standards
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Civil Supervisor in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of civil works, materials, and site execution
• Experience in estimation and preparing work scopes
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to bring new business opportunities is highly preferred
