Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction operations for building projects, ensuring compliance with structural and architectural designs.
• Layout & Demarcation: Accurately execute site layouts, boundaries, and structural demarcations on-site.
• Manual Drafting: Responsibly handle manual drafting for As-Built drawings as per site modifications.
• Quantity Estimation: Perform accurate Quantity Takeoffs and material estimations to ensure seamless inventory management.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain strict quality control on building materials, concrete mixes, and workmanship to ensure long-term structural integrity.
• Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project progress, timelines, and resource requirements.

### Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: DAE in Civil Engineering (Civil Diploma Holder).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Building Construction projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Layout and Demarcation.
• Proficiency in Manual Drafting (As-Built).
• Strong skills in Quantity Takeoff / Estimation.
• In-depth knowledge of Civil Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
• Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel/work in the designated sector (Bahria Town to Nooriabad and surroundings)

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
