Civil Supervisor / Building Inspector(DAE CIVIL)

• Key Responsibilities of Building Inspector
• Approved Maps & Plans Check – Ensure all construction follows CDA/RDA or society-approved building drawings and by-laws.
• Site Inspections – Regular visits to monitor foundation, structure, finishing, and use of quality materials.
• By-Laws Compliance – Prevent illegal floors, basements, setbacks violations, and encroachments.
• Safety & Environment – Enforce labor safety, scaffolding checks, and proper disposal of construction waste.
• Reporting & Documentation – Maintain inspection reports, photos, and issue violation notices where required.
• Coordination – Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and society’s Building Control Department.
• Guidance & Complaints Handling – Guide plot owners/builders about procedures and resolve complaints.
• Final Approval – Conduct completion inspection and issue Occupancy/Completion Certificates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
