Job Title: Construction Supervisor (DAE- minimum 10 years' experience)

Location: Location: Islamabad/Kohat (Project-based, willing to relocate)

Oil, gas experience is preferable

1. Site Supervision & Management

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and labor workforce, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.

2. Planning & Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction works.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure adherence to construction drawings, codes, and company standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and approve work at different stages.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and material consumption logs.
• Report project status, challenges, and delays to higher management.
• Assist in preparing inspection reports, checklists, and compliance documentation.

5. Safety & Risk Management

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensures use of proper safety equipment.
• Identify risks, hazards, and take corrective measures immediately.

6. Resource Management

• Monitor and control usage of construction materials to minimize wastage.
• Verify delivery of materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Recommend procurement of materials, tools, and equipment as required.

7. Technical Support & Problem Solving

• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance to workers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Liaise with consultants/engineers for design clarifications.

8. Leadership & Training

• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and site workers.
• Ensure discipline, efficiency, and productivity among the site workforces.
• Build a strong team environment through effective leadership.

Qualification Requirement: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE – Civil/Mechanical/Electrical as per project scope) with minimum 10 years of proven site supervision experience in construction projects. Oil, gas experience is preferable.
