Position: Project Manager (Hi Rise Construction)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Oversee execution of hi-rise apartment, shopping Centre, and office building projects from start to completion.
• Ensure adherence to construction timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Lead coordination between architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and compliance with building codes.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Graduate Civil Engineer, minimum 5 years of project management experience in hi-rise construction.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of local regulatory bodies, standards, and practices.
• Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or nearby cities.
