We are seeking a dynamic
Project Manager
to join our
Financial Inclusion & Collaborations
team. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, manage partnerships, and support product development initiatives. This role requires strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely deliverables, process alignment, and effective collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
-
Drive end-to-end implementation of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, IT, Banking Ops, Credit, DFI, HR, Compliance, Risk, Admin) for seamless execution.

Gather requirements, prepare BRDs/CRs, conduct UAT/testing, and ensure policy compliance before go-live.

Provide training and post-implementation support to branches and relevant stakeholders.

Resolve issues/errors with IT & DFI teams and serve as a central point of contact.

Monitor project progress, identify gaps, and update management regularly.

Ensure BCP readiness and compliance with audit requirements.
Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify, initiate, and manage collaborations aligned with organizational strategy.
-
Support negotiations and agreements with external partners.
-
Act as the key liaison for partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Track partnership deliverables, performance, and provide updates to management.
-
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
Product Development
-
Contribute to product development initiatives tailored to collaborations.
-
Define processes, workflows, and operational handling for collaborative products.
-
Work with Product Development teams to ensure compliance and operational feasibility.
Other Responsibilities

Execute ad-hoc assignments from management.

Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, within timelines, and in line with standards.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputable local or international university.
💼 5–8 years of relevant experience in a commercial or microfinance bank, including
2 years in project management
.
Skills & Competencies

Strong
Project Management
skills with hands-on execution experience.

In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, systems, CBS functionalities, and integration challenges.

Understanding of operational processes in branch banking and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).

Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel in particular)

Ability to lead and coordinate
cross-functional teams

Flexibility to travel across Pakistan.
