Site Supervisor - Civil

We are hiring a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for our office premises and other sites. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong attention to detail and experience managing high-standard finishing work in both residential and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil works, renovations, and maintenance for company offices ,residential properties and other sites.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow of contractors, vendors, and in-house teams.
• Manage materials procurement, deliveries, and inventory for ongoing works.
• Conduct quality checks for finishing, interiors, and structural work to meet high standards.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
• Liaise with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Ensure strict safety, cleanliness, and security standards are maintained at all sites.
• Handle on-the-spot troubleshooting to avoid delays and maintain quality.
• Coordinate minor civil works, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of construction, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic MS Office
