Civil Supervisor (Contract Base)

Supervise day-to-day residential grey structure activities including shuttering, steel fixing, concreting, blockwork/bricks, and plaster.

* Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

* Monitor labor and subcontractor performance and ensure efficient workflow.

* Verify site measurements, material usage, and daily progress against project plans.

* Coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager for work updates and technical clarifications.

* Communicate material requirements in advance to maintain uninterrupted site operations.

* Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.

* Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and document all site activities.

* Report site issues, delays, and risks promptly for timely resolution.
