Job Summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a Civil Supervisor – Fit-Out to lead and supervise daily civil and interior fit-out operations on residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in civil and fit-out works, and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Civil & Fit-Out teams including foremen, masons, carpenters, painters, and laborers.

• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers for site operations.

• Review and comment on drawings during fit-out execution.

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.

• Monitor material usage, manpower, and equipment allocation.

• Create work schedules, track progress, and report to Line Manager.

• Address on-site issues, resolve conflicts, and communicate with engineers.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Diploma.

• 3–5 years of civil & fit-out experience in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office, CAFM system, AutoCAD, or related software.
