Civil Supervisor (Freelancer)

WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team for Metro project sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and experience in civil construction and finishing works.

Position: Civil Supervisor

Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day
Package: Full package (no transportation, no accommodation, no food provided)
Work Location: Any Metro Project Site in Qatar
Preferred Nationality: Philippines
Availability: Candidates must be currently in Qatar and ready to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural work at project sites.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and assist in scheduling work activities.
• Handle manpower allocation and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor (preferably in Metro or infrastructure projects).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Must have a valid QID and be available for immediate joining.
