Civil Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Civil Supervisor with proven experience in interior fit-out execution. This role is site-intensive and demands complete control over finishing works, subcontractor coordination, quality compliance, and daily execution. If your experience is limited to paperwork or partial supervision, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full on-site responsibility for interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and associated civil activities
• Directly supervise foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Plan daily activities, monitor progress against schedules, and proactively resolve site issues
• Enforce quality standards, method statements, and safety regulations without compromise
• Conduct regular inspections, identify defects early, and drive immediate corrective actions
• Coordinate material approvals, deliveries, and on-site usage to avoid delays and wastage
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and work records
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for inspections, approvals, and coordination
• Ensure works are executed strictly as per approved drawings and specifications

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of interior fit-out construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• Solid knowledge of UAE construction practices, safety standards, and site protocols
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and schedules accurately
• Decisive, solution-oriented, and capable of handling site pressure
• Clear communication skills and strong on-site leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or civil site supervision
• Experience on commercial, residential, or high-rise projects is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
