Civil Surveyor

Looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Surveyor with 4 to 6 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in land surveying, site layout, and construction support, with proven expertise in managing survey activities for large-scale projects. They will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys, supervising junior staff, and ensuring survey data aligns with project specifications and legal standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and perform land and construction surveys using advanced equipment.

- Interpret and analyze survey data to produce detailed topographical maps, site layouts, and boundary reports.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop survey strategies and schedules.

- Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and survey assistants to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Oversee setting out of structures and other infrastructure components.

- Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

- Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and documentation using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other tools.

- Monitor progress, update project documentation, and report on survey status to management.

- Troubleshoot technical issues with survey equipment and software.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience 4 to 6 years in civil surveying, preferably with experience in infrastructure or large construction projects.

Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent).

Knowledge of construction drawings, land laws, and boundary regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
