Civil Technical Engineer – High-Rise Projects (UAE)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Civil Technical Engineer to join our team and support high-rise construction projects in the UAE. The role involves coordinating technical documentation, assisting site teams, and ensuring projects are executed according to approved plans, UAE construction standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documentation for consultant approvals.
• Support site engineers in monitoring construction activities and verifying compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on material submissions, method statements, and approvals.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variation claims.
• Generate daily and weekly site progress reports for management review.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and quality control processes on-site.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve design or site-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on high-rise construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, construction standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
