Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil & Technical Manager to oversee civil works, technical operations, and project execution. The ideal candidate will manage construction activities, ensure technical compliance, control project timelines, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise civil construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure work execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Oversee site operations, technical staff, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and cost control.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural works, finishing, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
