Civil Technician

• Perform civil maintenance tasks including masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and minor concrete works.
• Inspect buildings, apartments, and common areas for damages or defects and carry out necessary repairs.
• Support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per the company’s maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to tenant or client complaints and maintenance requests.
• Assist in the renovation and fit-out works of residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with other technicians (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) for integrated maintenance works.
• Prepare basic reports on completed tasks, materials used, and work progress.
• Support in maintaining an inventory of materials and request replenishment when required.
