Responsibilities <ul><li>Good Knowledge in all kinds of paintings in construction industry</li><li>Able to do and have knowledge in gypsum repairs</li><li>Able to do and have knowledge in carpentry repairs</li><li>Able to do and have knowledge in masonry works such as tile changing, grouting</li><li>Report any issues or inconsistencies in surface conditions or project plans to supervisors.</li><li>Coordinate with other civil technicians, contractors, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; certification in painting or civil works is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.).</li><li>Basic understanding of civil engineering and construction methods.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and building regulations.</li><li>Experience in civil construction or fit out is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
