Civil Work Principal Engineer.Access Network Deployment

Job Purpose

To run the resources of the projects section, including the employees, consultant and contractors, putting plans and steering activities, as well as taking decisions, in order to full fill the targets schedules and quality of work of rolling Etisalat's network in Egypt

• Civil Work Enhancement Project Management: Fully manage the CW Enhancement project “End to End” to cover the below actions,  Maintain & Enhance network sites status from safety & civil prospective  Secure & save sites problems with owners in order to keep validity of our contract  Modify sites typology to keep it linked “On-Air”  Customer complain support to keep our market share  Control the budget and POS for subcontractorsNetwork Sites Strengthen Management: • Strength network unsafe sites in order to avoid any crises • Strength & raise up the safety index for all network to cover the below needed requests for RF & TX department 1. Telecom deployment expansion 2. Sharing needs for other operators 3. New sites-FE 4. HUB Conversion & B2B for new DATA links • Control the budget and POS for subcontractors under this project • Tower loading process,  Full control regarding new add loads at Etisalat structure.  Finding strengthens solutions.  Etisalat civil Specs updates and quality.  Consultant and subcontractors POs reviews and CW budget control on quarterly basis  Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeTotal Recovery sites: Manage all actions to recover the damaged & burned sites in order to put it On-Air Again  Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.• New sites contracts lease: Revise all the new sites contracts in order to keep Etisalat SPECs from civil prospective New solutions & camaouflage designs: Design & create solutions for network new requirements ( from civil prospective)

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

 University Degree in Civil Engineering  Managing and implementing new projects experience is essential  Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.  Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

 Handling projects by a very professional management way.  Professional technical skills which enhance me to carry out the work properly
