Civil Work Supervisor.Core Network Development & B2B

Job Purpose

Plan, design and implement Datacenters, Core sites & mini Cores Infrastructure and successfully reaches company strategic planned expansions for both new & existing Locations, to support network future expansions, availability and reliability in addition to exercise full civil technical support for the B2B projects (external customers) Gated communities & services offered by Etisalat and full design and implementation supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare & modify (when needed) technical specifications for tenders.
• Design of the new & expansions for Cores, mini Cores & BSCs.
• Plan for the needed structure re-enforcement in the existing Core, mini core & BSC sites.
• Review the design documents & complete tender package that is prepared by the consultants.
• Prepare the needed design for Gated communities & B2B actions.
• Ensure all the team contributes directly to achieve the goals.
• Reviewing the specifications & Civil documents (prepared by other consultants) of new projects.
• Supervising the Civil & Architecture works in Etisalat projects.
• Contribute for the continuous improvement of the process for new core sites.
• Making smooth interconnection relations with other teams in same & other departments, & taking their feedback in consideration for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, vendors & Consultants.
• Carrying out audit for Civil installations.
• Preparing progress report to the upper level management.
• Reviewing the Invoices for Approval.
• Design Review for new core Sites & BSCs.
• Follow up work progress in installation phase for Data Centers, core sites & BSC sites.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
• Excellent Auto CAD user.
