• controlling the preventive and corrective maintenance processes of the civil infrastructures’ network assets, in both aspects; technically and the commercially.
• Facilitate the access and core networks maintaining the healthy operation and optimum capacity, and to allow the network technology upgrading and expansions.
• Utilize and governance effectively and efficiently of all the external and internal resources i.e. (budgets, POs., .etc.), to enhance the access and core network civil infrastructure’s performance.
• Ensure day-to-day network operations run smoothly and take actions that are in line with Etisalat’s values & vision, to maximize network sites availability KPIs.
• E2E governance control over the network assets dismantling and return process to Etisalat’s stores.
• Assessment of the new project business cases feasibility technically and commercially.
• Performance governance of all the section KPIs. Both internally with the teams and externally with PMO and internal customers. Dashboard presentation preparation to top management in monthly basis
