Civil work team leader

💡 Key Responsibilities:

o Manage subcontractor resources onsite.

o Provide simple solutions on site and review the Consultant reports.

o Achieve approved Design to reduce delivery Risks, and have a capability to Check /Optimize Consultant Design.

o Define Technical risks on time and make sure Project TD, SD Are fully aligned with all project stockholders to can integrate project scope.

o Full Align with PD/TD for project Plan technical requirements Priorities, Subcontractor Team arrangement.

o Manage SE/SD Team Technical Capability by Enhancement for team Capability through Workshops, Training for new solutions, New Technologies.

o Provide and enhance process to Facilitate team Daily work to do work is smart way.

o Generated accurate and timely status reports for area of responsibility.

o Find technical solution on site to serve Project Plan, by set some optimized technical solutions, Process.

o Align with all Technical project team to be clear about sites Objectives and agree with them and way and methods to achieve Work on site and project Master Plan

o Collaborate with the project team to identify technical challenges and support the improvement of design concepts and solutions.

o Define and track technical risks Due to Complex condition on site and raised them to the attention of the Project SD/TD/PD in a timely manner. And provide some Ideas/New solutions to overcome Risk or issues.

o Achieve quality standard by follow SOP/QC plan

o Communicate by workshops for all CW activities Check point (Hidden activities), by Participate for SOP, smart QC plan.

o Arrange multiple work Shops with Subcontractor. Internal Team SE staff.

o Control Project Cost by provide report and approve all extra items on site by customer reports. Review Civil work Cost, to can achieve assign Project Profit, and put some solutions to achieve this.

🔎Qualifications & Skills:

o 4+ Years of Experience in Civil Work Field.

o Have a team Leader Experience and capability to arrange the team to get max Efficiency.

o Civil work Domain Technical background and Full Knowledge for Technical project scope Including Design and Implementation Work.

o Proven capability in concrete and steel structural buildings and their integration with electro-mechanical (E&M) solutions.

o Familiar Knowledge for Technical project scope Items (CW items, BOQ, Contract, Project Condition, RM)

o Familiar with Project structure Map, including the relation Between the Departments to achieve project milestones.

o Aware of regulations, Technical Red Lines and escalation Process management

o Have a capability to Present all project technical scope to project stockholder (Customer/Subcontractors/Internal Team)
