Job Purpose
The Civil Works Technician is responsible for performing a variety of civil works, including painting, masonry, carpentry, and gypsum works. The role ensures timely completion of assigned tasks in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Execute assigned civil works services such as painting, gypsum, masonry, and carpentry as scheduled by the Civil Works Supervisor.

Adhere to health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Report concerns, issues, and client complaints promptly to the Supervisor for corrective action.

Provide technical support to ensure all property civil works are maintained in good condition.

Deliver high-quality work and support client satisfaction objectives.

Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Education
Qualifications and Experience

Technical Certificate in Painting, Carpentry, Masonry, or Gypsum.
Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Civil Works Technician in a property management, facilities management, or construction environment where quality and technical delivery are critical.
