Civil/interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Interior / Civil Site Supervisor with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in supervising interior and civil works at project sites. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, supervising manpower, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior and civil construction activities at the site.
• Execute interior works such as false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, tiling, and finishing works.
• Supervise civil works including masonry, plastering, RCC, waterproofing, and minor structural works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and tools efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material consumption reports.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and civil construction processes.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts, and work details.
• Good understanding of material quality and finishing standards.
• Manpower handling and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in interior and/or civil works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,491.69 per month
