CL Quality Specialist

We are looking for a CL Quality Specialist to join our DP World Logistics team in Kocaeli/Gebze . In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of all inbound and outbound goods within our warehouse and bonded warehouse (antrepo) operations. You will play a key role in detecting and resolving quality deviations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with DP World’s quality standards and client requirements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all inbound and outbound goods in our warehouses and bonded warehouses consistently meet DP World’s quality standards while maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records.
• Perform inspections and quality checks for goods entering or leaving the warehouses, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal/regulatory requirements for bonded warehouses.
• Identify quality deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with warehouse, operations, and planning teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse processes, including stock accuracy, handling, and packaging quality.
• Maintain compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare quality reports, deviation logs, and audit documentation in line with company and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with operations, planning, and procurement teams in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics and bonded warehouse environment.
• Ensure quality-related procedures are strictly followed while maintaining operational efficiency and timely delivery.
Participate in training and awareness sessions to promote quality standards across all warehouse and logistics teams.

Your Profile:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Basic understanding of warehouse, logistics, and bonded warehouse (antrepo) operations and supply chain principles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse quality control or logistics operations, ideally within bonded warehouses or logistics companies.
• Experience in quality audits, deviation reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with high-volume warehouse environments and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in logistics operations.
Able to work in Gebze and travel between warehouse/antrepo locations if required.
