To ensure that warehouse operation is running efficiently and effectively and that customer service levels being provided are constantly improving and ensuring that all warehousing reporting and information requirements are being met on a daily basis. Maintain the highest regard for safety within the operation.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acts systematically and defines priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones.
  • Is able to foresee future challenges for the operations (e.g. Seasonality) and proactively plan solutions.
  • Be able to link KPI performance to financial impact.
  • Able to give and take appropriate positive and constructive feedback.
  • Succession planning
  • Coaching & Guidance
  • Takes effective decisions timely and autonomously.
  • Support the HR department on recruitment for the operations.
  • In addition to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your manager.

  • Health and Safety standards being communicated and followed.
  • Accurate billing, reporting and documentation.
  • Material Handling Equipment & tools.
  • Team performance
  • Work instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement Process focus (CIP)
  • Stock counts and internal audits.

  • Adjusting operations to changing customer requirements
  • Resolution of conflicts and disputes effectively

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Secondary:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Minimum knowledge on the safety and legal documentation processes
for handling warehousing activities.
Professional:
Competent knowledge on utilizing the warehouse management system,
email system and proved Microsoft office skills.
Others:
Communicate professionally in English at a competent level
(verbal and written)
