Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Cladding Fabricator / Sheet Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sheet metal work, cladding fabrication, and installation within oil & gas or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install sheet metal and cladding as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform cutting, bending, shaping, and fitting of metal sheets and panels.
• Measure, mark, and align materials accurately before fabrication.
• Work on insulation cladding, ducts, vessels, tanks, or piping systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, shearing machines, bending machines, and welding tools as required.
• Inspect fabricated components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors, welders, and fitters to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Cladding or Sheet Fabricator, preferably in the oil & gas / industrial sector.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical diagrams.
• Skilled in metal cutting, shaping, and assembly techniques.
• Knowledge of materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheets.
• Familiarity with insulation cladding for industrial piping and vessels.
• Basic welding and finishing skills (TIG/MIG preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in teams under workshop or site conditions.
• Good understanding of safety guidelines.

Preferred

• Previous UAE/GCC experience.
• Ability to join immediately or with short notice.
