JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a fronting carrier seeking a Claims Analyst to join their claims team. This role focuses on monitoring and assessing claims handled by third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring proper handling, compliance, and performance across bodily injury and general liability programs while working closely with senior claims leadership. This role would follow a hybrid model in uptown Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review claims activity handled by third-party administrators to ensure proper handling and compliance.
• Assess approvals, denials, and overall claims handling practices to align with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze bodily injury and general liability claims activity and provide recommendations where necessary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling or overseeing Bodily Injury or General Liability claims.
• Background within insurance claims, ideally working with carriers, TPAs, or similar claims environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and assess claims handling practices.
