Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kansas City, MO, for a Claims Adjuster. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for handling claims from initial reporting to resolution, analyzing insurance coverage, managing claims processes, and coordinating with relevant parties. The role involves processing property damage and other insurance claims, investigating incidents, and ensuring all claims are managed effectively and compliantly.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management
  • Understanding of Insurance and Insurance Claims processes
  • Knowledge of Property Damage assessment and resolution strategies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, MO, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience in claims adjusting, insurance, or related fields is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
