About the Role

Odie is looking for a dedicated Claims Adjuster to help our team efficiently review and process pet insurance claims. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. You will play an important role in supporting pet parents by reviewing claims, communicating with veterinary clinics and policyholders, and ensuring a smooth and transparent claims experience. Responsibilities

• Review and process pet insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with policyholders, veterinary clinics, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation
• Evaluate claims to ensure they meet policy coverage terms and conditions
• Provide clear, compassionate explanations to policyholders regarding claim decisions and processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the company’s claims system
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve policyholder inquiries
• Contribute to improving internal claims processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Claims Adjuster license is required
• Veterinary clinic experience is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in pet insurance is a plus
• Candidates must reside in the United States
