As A Claims Adjuster You Will:
Review customer claims, including membership status, length of membership, and prior wash history
Analyze video footage from the date of the claim to identify alleged damage
Clearly document investigation findings, including what is observed in footage and any potential cause of the incident
Capture and attach video footage and screenshots to claims as supporting evidence
Add thorough, accurate notes to each claim to ensure agents can make concise and informed determinations
Assign completed claims to the designated agent for final review
Handle inbound calls through the call system, which operates in a round-robin format
Respond to customer inquiries related to claims, claim status, and membership questions in a professional and timely manner
Balance claim investigations with call-handling responsibilities effectively
